PRANIC HEALING

Pranic Healing is an ancient science and art of healing that utilizes Prana or Ki or Life Energy to heal the whole physical body. It also involves the manipulation of Ki and bioplasmic matter of the client’s body. It has also been called medical Qigong (Ki Kung or Ki Healing), Psychic Healing, Vitalic Healing, Therapeutic Touch, Magnetic Healing, Faith Healing and Miraculous Healing.

It is a form of simple and extremely powerful, no-touch energy healing in which the energy body, or aura, is cleansed and energized.  It is a distillation of essences of the world’s most effective energy healing modalities. This cleansing allows the Life Force, or Prana, to flow through the mind/body system freely without obstruction, and can be increased in areas of the physical body where it is depleted.  Prana is described in the Vedic tradition as the body’s healing energy. By allowing Prana to move freely, self-healing mechanisms are activated.

Prana or Ki is the Life Energy which keeps the body alive and healthy. In Greek it is called Pneuma, in Polyniesian Mana, in Hebrew Ruah and in Arabic Ruh, which means “breath of life”. The healer projects Prana to the client and it is through this process that this so-called “Miraculous Healing” is accomplished.

There are three major sources of Prana: Solar Prana, Air Prana and Ground Prana.

Solar Prana is Prana from the sunlight. It invigorates the whole body and promotes good health. It can be obtained by sunbathing or exposure to sunlight for about five to ten minutes and by drinking water that has been exposed to sunlight.

Prana contained in the air is called Air Prana or air vitality globule. Air Prana is absorbed by the lungs through breathing and is also absorbed directly by the energy centers of the bioplasmic body. These energy centers are called Chakras.

Prana contained in the ground is called Ground Prana or ground vitality globule. This is absorbed through the soles of the feet. This is done automatically and subconsciously. Walking barefoot increases the amount of Ground Prana absorbed by the body.

Just as the visible physical body has blood vessels through which the blood flows, the energy body has fine invisible bioplasmic channels or meridians through which Ki and bioplasmic matter flow and are distributed all over the body. There are several major bioplasmic or energy channels and thousands of minor ones. In Yoga, these are called the major and minor Nadis. Through these channels Prana flows that nourishes and invigorates the whole body.

Very often, our Chakras get congested or depleted and become either over activated or under activated. This leads to the development of various characteristics and behavioral patters, as well as diseases.

Pranic Healing helps change the sizes of the Chakras and disintegrate the poisonous thoughts and emotions from our system, therefore, affecting how we think, feel and act. When the Energy Flow changes, attitude towards life changes as well, leading to a healthier and more fulfilling life.
